winforlife's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winforlife account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The winforlife Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winforlife makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
